It's understandable that those playing the Xbox and PC versions of the game will be somewhat annoyed that they won't get to experience the extra content for a full year, by which time there may well be other DLC content for Hogwarts Legacy. Even a small piece of content that sweetens the pot on one end can make the difficult choice between PlayStation and Xbox much easier. There are likely Harry Potter fans who are not avid gamers that will be purchasing hardware purely to play Hogwarts Legacy, which is easily the most ambitious foray into the Wizarding World yet.
